How I got here-I'm an owner/investor, 7 year superhost across multiple states. This is an ever changing number so don’t hold me to it! I install for owners and designers as if the property is my own. With 20+ STR installs under my belt, I understand the chaos and physical demands. I also understand the short term rental world from the investor / owner / host / guest experience better than any local handyman. You really have to be in the game to know the game, and I’m right smack in the middle of it! 

If you’ve installed before you know it's a roller coaster. Yes it’s exciting and fun. It’s also backbreaking, frustrating and time consuming as you manage a million little details and get pulled in just as many directions. Often this comes with yelling at your loved ones, cussing, crying or other tantrums we as adults wish we didn’t still have (or see from others, I mean, lol!). After doing this work 20+ times, I, too, have been overwhelmed beyond belief, exhausted, grumpy and snapped when I shouldn’t have. This pain is why I’ve decided to create a better way. A system. A knowing from experience. I want spouses and families to stick together and ENJOY their properties. Both as guests in my homes and as owners of their own. I want to eliminate stories of one spouse storming off in a huff over building a set of nightstands with ridiculously bad directions and inefficient tools. Give this burden to me! I gotchu boo! Give this chaos to someone else and bring the family down to marvel at your decision making once its all set up. If you have a spouse you want to keep, children, a life outside of assembling furniture and coordinating chaos, a high paying W2, and a lack of desire to go into blue collar labor full time for a month, release this to someone who can take it off your plate in a WEEK. Keep your time freedom, keep your chiropractor at bay, and keep your investments more towards passive. Do this all while getting it Launched faster than if you kept the chaos on your own plate. From an investment standpoint, it just makes sense to hire it out, once you know you have a trusted person in charge. . Annnnnd...If you’re going to hire it out, choose a former middle school PE teacher who’s spent 20 years in the gym turning chaos into order and managing a lot of personalities in a physically challenging environment into an ARTFORM. ❤️
